Processing and Shipping orders
Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Krome Brew ensures that the orders received before 3 pm IST are shipped on the same day (Mon-Sat) subject to products being in stock. Orders received after 3 pm IST, are shipped the following business day. Orders post 3 pm IST on Saturday and ones received Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Our orders typically take 3-4 business days to be delivered from our Punjab, India warehouse. If your order contains customized and/or out-of-stock products, allow for longer transit times to accommodate production and shipping from the Outlet. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that you can use to track your orders with us.
Charges of shipping completely depend on the packing list of products in your order. Shipping software calculates charges taking into account the Product Weight and Dimensions and your location.
Your shopping cart page shows the Estimated Shipping costs + Taxes for the products in the cart and your zip code. The exact cost is seen by the time you reach the checkout page after filling out your complete delivery address.
Check and report missing items
The onus of reporting any missing items from the package, upon delivery, is on the customer. Kindly check that all the products from your order are delivered. If one or more items are missing, get in touch with us immediately and no later than 7 days after receiving your consignment.
Krome Brew cannot be held responsible after the said 7 days post delivery of the order.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern. Authorization is a must for any merchandise return. Contact us for a return authorization number, and describe the items being returned and the reason. All returned items must be shipped within twenty (20) days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
All orders filled correctly are subject to a minimum 20% ( 500 INR minimum) handling and restocking charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless the cause for the return is Krome Brew’s error. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all return shipments. And for your protection, we recommend you insure all returned packages. Krome Brew is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to the minimum 20% (INR 500 minimum) handling and restocking charge. Heavy or oversize items that are shipped via freight carrier are also subject to return freight charges.
Custom-made or clearance products cannot be returned for credit unless it is a Krome Brew’s error.
Refund Processing Time
Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. But processing returns, and posting refunds to credit card, can be complicated. Once returns are received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card or your bank account.
